These often bathed she in her fluxive eyes,Miss Cornelia looked so grimly determined that Anne could almost see her with a spade in her hand.
"Lord, Anne, dearie, I've got eyes, haven't I? And I've known Leslie since she was a baby . There's been a new kind of heartbreak in her eyes all the fall, and I know that writer-man was behind it somehow. I'll never forgive myself for being the means of bringing him here. But I never expected he'd be like he was. I thought he'd just be like the other men Leslie had boarded--conceited young asses, every one of them, that she never had any use for. One of them did try to flirt with her once and she froze him out--so bad, I feel sure he's never got himself thawed since. So I never thought of any danger."AN EAGLE, flying down from his perch on a lofty rock, seized upon a lamb and carried him aloft in his talons. A Jackdaw, who witnessed the capture of the lamb, was stirred with envy and determined to emulate the strength and flight of the Eagle. He flew around with a great whir of his wings and settled upon a large ram, with the intention of carrying him off, but his claws became entangled in the ram's fleece and he was not able to release himself, although he fluttered with his feathers as much as he could. The shepherd, seeing what had happened, ran up and caught him. He at once clipped the Jackdaw's wings, and taking him home at night, gave him to his children. On their saying, "Father, what kind of bird is it?' he replied, "To my certain knowledge he is a Daw; but he would like you to think an Eagle."

There are a lot of large stories which, for many people, go untold. Stories like the origin of Arena of Valor, an adaption of Honour of Kings targeting Western audiences. Honour of Kings itself was a creation of another purpose; it is reportedly born out of an inability between Tencent and Riot games to agree on a deal regarding a mobile version of League of Legends.
Just last year there was a $600,000 prize pool for the Arena of Valor World Cup.
Well, times have changed in the years that have passed. Tencent are now the parent company to Riot, and a new report from Reuters is inferring that development on a mobile take on the ever-popular MOBA game has begun.

What could a mobile version of League of Legends mean for the gaming industry? Well, the Chinese market, which Tencent dominates (even so much as operating a viable competitor to PC giant Steam) is much more geared toward mobile gaming, not least due to the heavy restrictions which were in place against home consoles for many years. Without the tug between consoles and PCs the mobile marketplace thrived as a portable alternative to the anchored PC experience.
And then she laughed in spite of herself. It sounded so like an echo of Miss Cornelia.
Of proofs new-bleeding, which remained the foil
Miika might have killed me with its cuteness.

It's a 3D puzzle game by London-based studio Noxus that combines the cute, cube-hopping look of ilomilo, and the optical illusion puzzles of Monument Valley.

It also stars a small family of furry squirrelly-things that I want to have as a plushie.

You'll travel with them through the four seasons across levels made up of what looks like cotton cubes. You have to get them from one end to the other.

To do that, however, you need to change the camera perspective in order to create a viable path.

While the levels may look impossible to traverse, once you lock down a camera angle, the platforms connect how they look from that perspective.

Take this level above, for an example. As you can see, none of the platforms line up - there's a gap between each of them.

The raccoon-like (?) creature can't walk across them like that, nor can it jump.

So, what you have to do is move the camera angle down so that those platforms look connected, even though you know they aren't.

Once done, the gaps are ignored because you can't see them any more, and the little mite can walk across to the finish.

If you've played Monument Valley, this should all make sense. The rest of you...well, I tried my best to explain it.
Pokémon Go is set to be one of the biggest mobile games ever. And it seems that Nintendo, Google, and The Pokémon Company think so too.

Those three companies just gave $20 million in funding to Niantic Labs - that's the company making Pokémon Go.

That money is to be used to continue support for Niantic's games. That includes its former hit, Ingress, which was made when the Niantic was part of Google.

Another $10 million in funds could be given to Niantic if it manages to reach certain milestones. What those milestones are hasn't been revealed.

Niantic has since branched off on its own since leaving Google. And with Pokémon Go it'll probably end up taking over the world. Especially with the support of those three huge companies.

If you're not sure what Pokémon Go is then check out our previous post on it. In short, it lets you hunt for Pokémon in the real world with your smartphone.

Pokémon Go is due out for iOS and Android in 2016.
Game Informer
A BOY was hunting for locusts. He had caught a goodly number, when he saw a Scorpion, and mistaking him for a locust, reached out his hand to take him.
