Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number has been Refused Classification by the Australian Classifications Board. That means it cannot be released in the country without changes.

This decision comes two years after the R18+ certificate was introduced in Australia. It was established specifically for "classifiable elements such as sex scenes and drug use that are high in impact."

Hotline Miami 2 probably would have got the R18+ rating if it only contained the gory, stylized violence and gore of the first game, and nothing more extreme.

But the reason for Board's decision is due to an implied rape scene in the game. Its inclusion goes against the Board's guidelines against sexualised violence in video games.

Player Attack was able to get the report from the Classification Board, including the excerpt that details the scene that got the game banned.

You can read that excerpt on that site but, be warned, it's graphic and some may find it offensive.

In responseHotline Miami 2's publisher Devolver Digital has responded to the Classification Board's decision.

Firstly, Devolver points out that the player is given the option to play a cut or uncut version of the game. Choosing the cut version avoids the content that portrays implied sexualised violence.

Devolver demonstrates this option given to the player, and how it affects the game, in this video. Obviously, be aware that the sexualised violence is portrayed in that video.

Secondly, Devolver expresses concern with how the Classification Board falsely described the scene in its report.

Devolver said that the Board "stretch[ed] the facts" when describing "specific thrusting actions that are not simply present in the sequence in question."

And, Devolver is right, there is no thrusting in the scene if you watch the video linked above.
Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number should be coming out on PS Vita everywhere else (for now) but Australia in early 2015.
Cross Fort Mod Cross Fort [Mod: Money] [MOD] V4.0 Features:Much moneyLarge amount of energy, coins, livesAll characters are boughtCross Fort - a unique timekiller. In some popular TV shows, both foreign and Russian, there is an entertaining mini-game in which teams compete in dexterity and flexibility. Players move walls with carved figures - if a player manages to occupy the necessary pose he will get points and slip further, if not, he will fall into the pool and lose. Cross Fort embodied this game as a separate one touch arcade, in which you need to dodge the approaching walls using the poses at the bottom of the screen.Update: Fallen Knight is now available
Five new games have made their way onto Apple Arcade, only one week after the service received its previous batch of new ones. The new titles include Lifelike, Tales of Memo, Hogwash, Yaga and Fallen Knight. They're all available now with the exception of Fallen Knight, which is currently facing issues that Apple and developers FairPlay are working on.
Lifelike
First up we have Lifelike: Chapter one. This game looks incredibly psychedelic and will see players interacting with the various creatures within the game itself. It promises to be a hypnotic experience as it recreates aesthetically pleasing imagery before your eyes that's inspired by the idea of swarm behaviour. It looks very interesting

"Well, James Matthew is a name that will wear well and not fade in the washing," said Miss Cornelia. "I'm glad you didn't load him down with some highfalutin, romantic name that he'd be ashamed of when he gets to be a grandfather. Mrs. William Drew at the Glen has called her baby Bertie Shakespeare. Quite a combination, isn't it? And I'm glad you haven't had much trouble picking on a name. Some folks have an awful time. When the Stanley Flaggs' first boy was born there was so much rivalry as to who the child should be named for that the poor little soul had to go for two years without a name. Then a brother came along and there it was--`Big Baby' and `Little Baby.' Finally they called Big Baby Peter and Little Baby Isaac, after the two grandfathers, and had them both christened together. And each tried to see if it couldn't howl the other down. You know that Highland Scotch family of MacNabs back of the Glen? They've got twelve boys and the oldest and the youngest are both called Neil--Big Neil and Little Neil in the same family. Well, I s'pose they ran out of names."'So on the tip of his subduing tongue

Edmund McMillen is known for making a lot of quirky games. Some don't see the light of day and some are on hold on forever.

First up, you might remember Mewgenics, a weird cat simulator that never got properly introduced. We now have confirmation that it's on hold and hasn't been worked on for the last two years. Sorry cat fanatics.

Let's hope Super Meat Boy Forever doesn't follow the same fate.

On top of that, McMillen announced a new game called The Legend of Bum-bo on The Binding of Isaac blog.

We don't have much intel apart from the fact that Bum-bo is a character that appears in The Binding of Isaac and takes the shape of a head that eats coins to get bigger.

McMillen describes the game as a "turn based puzzle RPG type thingy thats randomly generated" and some fans found that it could be a prequel to Isaac.

Now, nothing is sure concerning a mobile port but it looks like something that would fit a mobile device. Still, the fact that The Binding of Isaac got rejected on iOS and the silence around it is not reassuring.

It could also be an early April's fools joke.

We'll see how this plays out.

[Source]
